On January 1st 2004 the Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) became applicable to all insurance brokerages. This legislation requires all companies to obtain consent from their clients for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information. Sussex Insurance believes in protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information, and only collects information for legitimate purposes. No personal information will be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
